IoD NI launches autumn leadership series with Belfast Harbour

The Institute of Directors Northern Ireland has unveiled a new Autumn Director Masterclass, created in partnership with Belfast Harbour, to help business leaders navigate a rapidly evolving workplace.

Taking place on 14 October at Belfast Harbour Office, the half-day event will explore three areas shaping organisational success: artificial intelligence, equality, diversity and inclusion, and innovation. Attendees will gain practical strategies from high-profile speakers including Belfast Harbour’s Mike Dawson and Everway’s Martin McKay, with journalist Jim Fitzpatrick hosting.

The event will also feature the announcement of the 2025 Chair’s Award for Excellence in Director and Board Practice, followed by a fireside chat with the recipient.
